In order to learn more about the shopping behaviour of your customers in stationary and analogue retail, a connecting interface between these worlds is needed: the receipt - and an app that can scan and evaluate it. For your customers, a budget book and a bonus system could be the incentive to use it. For you as a retailer or service provider, exciting and useful information about buyers and sellers can be obtained: What is bought when, from whom and at what time? Popular products, location- and time-dependent prices for comparison and the size of shopping baskets can be used to plan offers.

Betty Barclay Group
Digital brand experience in the fashion industry

With the aim of offering an enhanced shopping experience across all touchpoints, the Betty Barclay Group decided to relaunch the online shop including further parts of the existing system infrastructure. The basis for this is the e-commerce solution from Shopware and the PIM and MAM system from Contentserv. The special focus on the different fashion brands with more than 4,000 products and over 100,000 digital assets ensured an enhanced shopping experience—not only across digital touchpoints but also in the stores.

materials4me by thyssenkrupp
B2B and B2C shop based on Shopware

At materials4me both traders and end customers receive metal and plastic products in the proven thyssenkrupp quality in parcel shipping. In order to be able to react faster to the markets in the future, materials4me was removed from the hub environment based on SAP hybris and reinitialized on its own Shopware Enterprise platform. Since then, materials4me has been able to place and distribute its own products completely independently and much faster.
